That is exactly how we prefer to work. Roofing, windows, flooring and interiors are often cheaper and far tidier when they share one schedule, one set of deliveries and one site protection plan. We will tell you honestly when a phased approach suits your budget better.

Yes. Our Home Loan and Warranty service covers the documentation side — scope letters for lenders, permit coordination, incentive applications for solar and window upgrades, and the warranty package for the completed work.

For most projects, yes. We sequence rooms, seal off work areas with dust barriers, protect floors and keep access routes clear. For full-gut bathrooms or roof replacements we will flag the days when staying elsewhere is genuinely easier.

The walkthrough and the written estimate are free and carry no obligation. Detailed design development — drawings, material boards and specification packs — is quoted separately once you decide to go ahead.

You receive care instructions, warranty documents and a direct line to your project lead. We schedule a follow-up visit after you have lived in the finished space, because some small adjustments only become obvious once the house is back in daily use.
